1. Introduction

Nemos Automation, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-powered automation solutions and system integrations for individuals and businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.

By using our services, website, or any application we operate—including integrations with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram)—you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Information you provide directly: Your name, email address, company name, and any other details you share when contacting us, filling out a form, or engaging our services.
  • Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we may collect standard server log data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Platform data via integrations: If you authorize our applications to connect with third-party platforms (such as Meta’s Facebook or Instagram), we may receive data made available through those platforms’ APIs, such as page names, post content, engagement metrics, or other data you explicitly grant us access to. We only request permissions necessary to deliver the agreed-upon service.
  • Usage data: Information about how you interact with our systems, including automation logs and workflow activity relevant to the services we provide.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the automation and AI services you have engaged us for.
  • To communicate with you about your project, respond to inquiries, and send service-related updates.
  • To authenticate your identity and maintain the security of your account or integration.
  • To analyze and improve the performance of our services and workflows.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use data obtained through Meta platform APIs for advertising purposes or to build user profiles beyond what is necessary to deliver the services you requested.

4. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to Meta (Facebook, Instagram), n8n, and other automation or business tools. When you authorize such integrations, your data may be transmitted to and processed by those platforms in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect.

We use Meta’s Graph API and related services to facilitate social media integrations on behalf of clients. Access to this data is governed by Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and we use only the minimum permissions required to perform the requested functions.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When a client engagement ends, we will delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is legally required.
